If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit enrollment requests. Supplemental terms on an invoice or enrollment confirmation prevail where they conflict with this page for that booking.

Services described

Program descriptions, rates, and schedules on this site are informational. A place is reserved only after we confirm dates in writing and you pay any required deposit. Training is educational. It is not investment advice, brokerage, or a solicitation to trade any particular instrument.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, slides, replay clips, and site content remain the property of Logic Mosaic Field Limited or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study during and after a program you attended. You may not copy, resell, record, or publicly redistribute classroom materials without written consent.

Accounts and conduct

You agree to provide accurate contact details, arrive prepared as described for each program, and refrain from disrupting other participants or recording sessions without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability arising from a program is limited to the fees you paid us for that program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
