A path through order-flow craft
Most traders start with the Intensive, deepen with mentorship, then add clinics or a desk briefing when a team needs shared language.
1 · Foundation on the live book
Begin with the Order-Flow Reading Intensive. Five days establish auction vocabulary, footprint prep, and supervised ladder time. Without this foundation, mentorship tends to re-teach basics.
2 · Structure confirmation
Join a Market Structure Clinic within a month of the Intensive. You connect swing breaks to the order-flow evidence that makes them trustworthy—or false.
3 · Personal tape reviews
Schedule Tape Mentorship Sessions with your own prints. We expect you to arrive with screenshots and timestamps; the hour is for decisions, not introductions.
4 · Shared desk language
When a prop desk or small fund needs the same vocabulary in risk meetings, commission a Private Desk Briefing. Bring a recent session your team already traded.
You may enter at mentorship if you can demonstrate equivalent foundation work. Write to us with three annotated trades and we will advise honestly whether to start earlier.
