Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to classroom intensives, clinics, mentorship sessions, and desk briefings offered by Logic Mosaic Field Limited. It does not cover brokerage fees, data subscriptions, or third-party software you purchase separately.

Eligibility window

Written cancellation requests sent to info@logic-mosaicfield.click more than fourteen days before a program’s published start date are eligible for a full refund of fees paid to us, minus any non-refundable deposit portion stated on your invoice (typically the administrative hold of HK$500 where itemised).

Fourteen days or fewer

Cancellations received fourteen days or fewer before the start date receive a partial refund of 50% of fees paid, unless we successfully fill your seat from the waitlist, in which case we refund fees paid minus the administrative hold.

After a program begins

Once an Intensive, clinic, or briefing has started, fees for that booking are non-refundable. Mentorship sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four hours’ notice are charged in full; cancellations with more notice may be rescheduled once within sixty days.

Non-refundable items

• Administrative hold amounts itemised on the invoice
• Printed workbooks already produced for a named participant within seven days of start
• Custom desk-briefing preparation hours already delivered and itemised

Deposits

A 30% deposit holds Intensive seats. Deposits are applied to the balance. They follow the same refund schedule as fees above unless the invoice states a different hold amount.

Rescheduling

You may request one transfer to a later published date of the same program, subject to seat availability, if notice arrives at least seven days before start. Additional transfers are treated as cancellations.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior written notice is treated as a cancellation after the program begins. No refund is due.

Work already started

For Private Desk Briefings, if discovery calls or custom materials are underway, we invoice completed preparation at the quoted hourly preparation rate and refund only the unused balance of the briefing fee.

Refund process and timing

Email info@logic-mosaicfield.click with your full name, program, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date. Serious illness documented before day one may qualify for a goodwill transfer at our discretion.
