Journal Prompts That Keep Order-Flow Reviews Honest

Four prompts that separate what you saw on the book from the story you told yourself afterward.

Most trade journals describe P&L. Order-flow journals need to describe evidence. Use these four prompts after every session you review with us or alone.

First: What resting size did you see, at which price, and did it refresh? Second: Which aggressive prints changed your mind, and at what clock time? Third: Where did your size differ from the size the book could reasonably support? Fourth: Which part of your read would you still defend if the trade had lost money?

The last prompt is the one traders skip. Defending a correct read that lost money is healthier than rewriting history to match the outcome. Bring those answers to a mentorship session and the hour becomes concrete instead of motivational.
